Refund and Exchange Policy

Thanks for your order, for whatever reason for a return we are happy to exchange or return your item within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply use our online portal to create an exchange or refund. We ask all our customers before returning your purchase to ensure the product is unopened and in the original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

  • Yes exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt purchase date. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. Please email us at sales@aldernaturals.com to exchange your item.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

  • Alder Naturals offers products of integrity. All items purchased from www.aldernaturals.com must be returned to www.aldernaturals.com. Similarly, Alder Naturals can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on www.aldernaturals.com. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

  • Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email sales@aldernaturals.com or call 484-681-2516 for return instructions. A return address will be issued once products are sent back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may apply a 20% restocking fee on any returns based on product conditions.

  • All returns and exchanges can be rejected if the inspection has shown signs of not meeting our criteria. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

  • Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
